Sondos Hisham has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as a Universal Teller at Suez Canal Bank since February 2020. Prior roles include Senior Operation Support Coordinator and Operation Support Coordinator at CIB Egypt from March 2016 to January 2020, where responsibilities involved issuing customer certificates and managing customer inquiries to enhance satisfaction. Sondos also worked as a Customer Relationship Representative, effectively directing customers to alternative service channels. Earlier experience includes a summer internship at Credit Agricole Egypt in 2012, focusing on customer service and sales. Sondos holds an Executive MBA in International Business from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and a degree in Business Management and Marketing from Alexandria University.
