Matthew Hester is an experienced pastry professional with a strong background in the culinary arts. Currently serving at ³§³Ü³¦°ùé since September 2017, Matthew also holds the position of Pastry Assistant at Muriel's Jackson Square since July 2014. Additionally, Matthew has been a Baker at La Boulangerie and Valley Services, Inc. since April 2014 and 2011, respectively. Matthew obtained an Associate's Degree in Pastry Chef from the Louisiana Culinary Institute between 2012 and 2013, and earned a high school diploma from Southern Choctaw High School in 1996.
