Darren DeRosa currently serves as the Global Head of Human Resources Services and Capabilities at Integra LifeSciences and holds roles as a Human Resources Management Consultant for SuccessionHR and Senior Human Resources Consultant for DGD Consultants, LLC. With extensive experience in HR leadership, Darren previously held the position of Global Chief Human Resources Officer at UpHealth Inc, where strategic integration of HR policies across multiple private companies occurred. Prior roles include Vice President of Global HR at Amplity Health, Senior Director of Global HR Operations at Teva Pharmaceuticals, and Director of Global Compensation at Pfizer. Darren holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Administration from Temple University.
