Dr. DL Wallace has more than 20 years of experience in employee development, entrepreneurial development, organizational efficiency, and business strategy. Currently, they are the CEO and Founder of Success Training Institute, a worldwide leader in superior soft skills training. Dr. Wallace specializes in training in compliance, leadership, problem solving, team building, and customer service. From 2015 to 2018, they also served as the Chairman of the Board for the International Federation of Soft Skills Training.

Dr. DL Wallace attended Baylor University from 1990 to 1995, where they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
