Peter W. Dicce, JD, M.Ed, currently serves as the Athletic Director at Success Academy Charter Schools, overseeing sports programming for over 22,000 children across New York's five boroughs. With extensive involvement in youth soccer, Peter has been a USYSA ODP Boys East Staff Coach since 2006 and previously held the role of Assistant Director of Coaching. Peter's background includes significant administrative and leadership experience, having worked as the Assistant Dean of Students and Director of Athletics at New York University Abu Dhabi, where Peter established the University's Department of Athletics. Additionally, Peter has a robust legal background with experience as a partner in various law firms, managing litigation and overseeing civil cases. Peter holds multiple degrees, including a Doctor of Law from Pepperdine Law and a Master of Education in Sport Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University.
