Michael Parks has over three decades of experience in operations and human resources across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations/HR for Success4 Kids & Families since January 2013, Michael oversees initiatives aimed at enhancing the lives of children and families in the Hillsborough County area. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of VP Corporate Resources at Dow Electronics, where responsibilities included managing a $25M payroll, employee relations, HR policies, benefits programs, and risk management. Earlier career roles include HR Manager at Johnson Controls Automotive, focusing on labor relations and staffing, and HR & Safety Manager at PotashCorp. Michael holds a degree in Elementary/Special Education from St. Leo University.
