Maulik Haraniya, P.E., MSEE, is a seasoned electrical engineer currently serving as Supervising Electrical Engineer at Substation Engineering Company since February 2024. Responsibilities include supervising a team, managing workflows, and reviewing protection and control packages for compliance. Previously, Maulik was a contractor at PPL Electric Utilities and served as Protection & Control Supervisor and Substation Project Manager at EVS, Inc., where efforts focused on developing design standards, enhancing quality control processes, and overseeing substation projects. Maulik's earlier experience includes roles as Project Engineer at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, contractor at Dominion Energy, and various engineering positions with other firms, accumulating expertise in protection and automation systems, relay settings, compliance studies, and project management. Maulik holds a Master¡¯s degree in Electrical Power System Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Gujarat Technological University.
