Annie Fenn, MD, is a physician, chef, and author dedicated to promoting brain health and Alzheimer's prevention through food. As the creator of the world's first Brain Health Retreat and founder of Brain Health Kitchen, Dr. Fenn focuses on immersive educational experiences and cooking instruction centered on brain-healthy eating. In addition to writing a bestselling newsletter on Substack, Dr. Fenn serves in various non-profit board positions, contributing expertise to organizations such as the James Beard Association and HFC. Formerly the owner of a women's health practice, Dr. Fenn holds an MD from The Chicago Medical School and completed their residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
