Kurt Vetterling serves as the Senior Manager of the Customer Onboarding Team at Subsplash, where a team of over 15 professionals is led in transforming the client onboarding experience and creating a solid client enablement program. Noteworthy accomplishments include the development of a comprehensive onboarding process from the ground up. Prior to Subsplash, Vetterling held leadership positions at Gloo, achieving a remarkable 97% onboarding rate for a product launch, and at FAITH BIBLE CHAPEL INTERNATIONAL and King of Kings Ministries, Jerusalem, focusing on teaching, ministry leadership, and developing programs for youth and new members. Vetterlingā€™s career has also included teaching middle and high school students and pioneering outreach initiatives within community churches. Educated at Metropolitan State University of Denver with a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice and Criminology and further studies at Liberty University, Vetterling brings a diverse skill set and rich experience in both ministry and customer success.
