Gavin Henderson is an experienced maritime professional currently serving as a Vessel Superintendent at Subsea7, focusing on offshore construction vessels since February 2024. Prior to this role, Gavin worked as a Senior Superintendent at Bahri, managing ship operations from December 2021 to February 2024, and as a Superintendent for Northern Marine Group, overseeing 3rd party ship management for oil and chemical tankers from September 2019 to December 2021. Additionally, Gavin owned West Link Marine Ltd, which provided EPC services for retrofit projects in China, and held positions at V.Group as a Fleet Cell Liaison Manager and at Saga plc. as both Fleet Superintendent and Technical Superintendent, representing the owner in cruise line operations. Gavin holds an MBA from Middlesex University, a Higher National Diploma in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Glasgow Nautical College, and a Diploma in Ship Management from Lloyd's Maritime Academy.
