David Howe began their work experience as a Credit Manager at MCTV in November 1996 and continued in the role until October 2022. In December 2006, they founded SubscriberWise, Ltd., which utilizes Subscriber Level Segmentation technology to identify credit-challenged subscribers and ultra-high achievers to maximize sales and profits. SubscriberWise uses FICO's latest analytic technology and proprietary decisioning models to deliver predictive power with a fully compliant, score-driven decision management system. As the founder, David provided leadership and direction for the organization.

David Howe attended Kent State University from 1990 to 1995, where they earned both an A.A. and B.A. degree. David'sstudies focused on Public Administration, Political Science, and Sociology.
