Sushil Malviya has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Plant HR Head at Subros Limited since May 2013. Prior to this role, Sushil held positions in the Aditya Birla Group, where Sushil was a Senior Manager in HR & Employee Relations from 2011 to 2012 and has been involved in Human Resource Development at Aditya Birla Nuvo Limited since August 2011.
