Prasanna Gudi is the Director of Coffee and Head of Agricultural Quality Control & Growth at Subko Specialty Coffee Roasters and Craft Bakehouse. With expertise as a certified “Q” Grader and Q Processor, Prasanna leads the coffee and cacao journey from "Seed to Cup" and "Pod to Bar." Previously, Prasanna has worked in coffee and cacao product innovation, R&D, and quality control, winning a bronze medal in the National Barista Championship. With a background as an Agricultural Engineer and extensive education in coffee quality and production, Prasanna brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the industry.
