Rupinder Goel currently serves as a Senior Advisor and Partner at SmartHead Consulting since July 2018 and has been the Global CIO at Tata Communications since November 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing Global IT and driving digital transformation initiatives. Previous roles include CTIO at Lebara Limited from November 2012 to November 2013, where Rupinder focused on IT and networks innovation, and Chief Information Officer for International operations at Bharti Airtel from July 2006 to October 2012, leading IT initiatives across 16 African countries. Rupinder's career also encompasses a tenure at UTC, managing global IT shared services and product development for over 20 years. Rupinder holds an MBA in International Business from Purdue University Daniels School of Business, obtained from 2002 to 2005.
