Previously, Franz worked at Deutsche Bank, where roles included Senior Analyst for the US International Private Bank, performing quality assurance and financial monitoring, and for UK Risk and Regulatory Reporting, ensuring integrity in financial reports and compliance with regulatory requirements. Franz began the professional career at SGV & Co. as an Assurance Associate II, excelling in audit engagements and mentoring new associates.
