Federica Rossi is the Co-Founder and Chief People Officer at Subbyx, a role held since October 2023. Prior to this, Federica served as the Head of Competence Development Business & Growth at Kaleyra from January 2022 to September 2023, and previously held multiple positions at Bandyer, including Head of Customer Success KV, Head of HR & Customer Success, and Business Relations & HR Manager from April 2017 to January 2022. Early career experience includes an HR training and development internship at Loro Piana in 2016 and as an Open Day Assistant at London Metropolitan University in 2015, where Federica facilitated Q&A sessions. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Organisations from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and Psychology from London Metropolitan University. Additional studies at LSE involved summer courses in Human Resources and Employment Relations, as well as Corporate and Organisational Strategy.
