Phil MacDonald is a Board Member at Subak. Phil was previously the Chief Operating Officer at Sandbag Climate Campaign from April 2013 to March 2020, a Canvasser at Obama for America from August 2012 to November 2012, a Biology Teacher at The English School of Mongolia from February 2012 to June 2012, and a Board Member at Campaign Together from October 2018 to February 2020. Phil also worked as a Marketing Assistant at Your Power Solar PV Ltd from July 2010 to October 2010, and as a Campaign Officer and Campaign Intern at Liberal Democrats from December 2009 to June 2010.

Phil MacDonald has a Master of Science in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Imperial College London and a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Aberystwyth University.
