Omar Eldessouky is a Graduate RegTech Analyst at Suade Labs since August 2023, focusing on assisting banks with regulatory reporting and compliance challenges. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Analyst at the Resolution Foundation, where Omar published a paper on income and material deprivation disparities affecting disabled individuals. As a Business Consultant at Shoreham Port, Omar contributed to client improvement strategies through analysis and presentations. Additionally, as a Business and Finance Student Mentor at the University of Sussex, support was provided to students facing academic challenges. Earlier, as a Summer Intern at ELARABY GROUP OF COMPANIES & FACTORIES, Omar worked with the supply chain team and presented a business case for a new TV line to management. Omar holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Business, both from the University of Sussex.
