Xandria Pollard has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Xandria began their career in 2011 at Outback Steakhouse, where they held various roles as a Hostess, Takeaway, Server, and Trainer until 2014. In 2014, they also worked as a Server at El Monumento and as an Events and Marketing Intern at the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce.

From 2013 to 2016, Xandria worked at Southwestern University - Student Activities as a Student Worker. During this time, they also held leadership positions at Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity, Lambda Chapter, serving as the Recording Secretary from 2013 to 2014 and as the Vice President III: Recruitment Chair from 2014 to 2016.

In 2016, Xandria joined Goen South as an Assistant to the Event Sales Managers for a brief period before transitioning to the role of Event Sales Coordinator until 2018. Xandria then moved on to ACCESS Destination Services, where they worked as a Sales Coordinator from 2018 to 2019 and as a Senior Sales Coordinator from 2019 to 2020.

In 2021, Xandria became a Client Success Coordinator at Stirista, and they later advanced to the role of Client Success Specialist in 2022. Most recently, they joined Stylus in 2023 as a Member Success Associate.

Throughout their career, Xandria has gained experience in customer success, sales coordination, event planning, leadership, and marketing.

Xandria Pollard completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication Studies from Southwestern University between 2012 and 2016. Prior to that, they attended the International School of the Americas from 2008 to 2012, though no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for this period.

In addition to their educational background, Xandria also holds various certifications. Xandria obtained the "Salesforce Essential Training" certification from LinkedIn in January 2023. In February 2021, they received the "Edge Academy Certified: Marketing Foundations" certification from The Trade Desk.
