Allen D. is a Senior Project Manager at STV with a background as a Licensed Professional Engineer. Allen has extensive experience in management, project/construction management, community engagement, research & development, employee development, and efficiency implementation within NYC municipal projects. Prior to their current role, Allen worked at NYC DEP as the Division Chief of Operations Support and as a Section Chief of Process Control. Allen also has experience as a Project Engineer/Assistant Resident Engineer at URS Corporation. Allen holds a Masters of Applied Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering from The Cooper Union, along with a Bachelor of Applied Science in the same field.
