Alexander Armstrong is an experienced operations technology manager currently at Studio C since November 2022, previously serving as a system administrator at American Seating Company from May 2018 to November 2022. At American Seating, Alexander managed technical assets, user accounts, and disaster recovery efforts following a security breach. Prior roles include systems support, technical support specialist, and IT technician, with foundational experience gained during a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from Grand Valley State University. Alexander also has valuable hands-on experience in helpdesk support and team leadership from earlier positions in technical support and landscaping.
