Madison H. has extensive experience in youth development and workforce programs, currently serving as Program Manager of Justice Initiatives at Students Run Philly Style, overseeing trauma-informed programs for youth facing delinquency charges. Previous roles include Launchpad Interim Program Director at Building 21, where program design for youth workforce development was established, and Project Manager of Continuous Improvement at the Philadelphia Youth Network, focusing on enhancing over 80 youth programs. Madison H. has also managed youth programs at JEVS Human Services, coordinated research on youth civic engagement for Wilmington City Council, and developed a violence prevention curriculum as an Improv Instructor. Educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and a Bachelor’s Degree in Honors Sociology from the University of Delaware.
