Keith Lewis is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and financial management. Currently serving as the Customer Service Centre Manager at the Student Loans Company since August 2014, Keith oversees the development and operational excellence of Customer Service Teams in Wales. In addition, Keith has held the role of Area Premier Client Manager at HSBC since 2012, leading a team of Financial Services Officers and Private Client Managers while driving the implementation of the Wealth Strategy. Keith's previous experience at HSBC includes a position as Senior Sales Manager from 1990 to 2003, where leadership was provided to Retail and Commercial IFAs in North East Wales, along with a brief stint as Area Premier Manager (IFA) in late 2013 representing the Wales and South West Region during a national project.
