Lindsay Lancaster has extensive experience in nonprofit management and education, currently serving as a Foundation Relations Specialist at the Student Conservation Association since November 2021. Previously, Lindsay held the roles of Development Director & Program Manager, Program Manager, and Program Associate at Healthy Foods for Healthy Kids from September 2013 to October 2021, where Lindsay oversaw school vegetable garden programs and successfully managed fundraising initiatives. Notable achievements include developing a strategic plan, expanding partner schools, and significantly increasing donor engagement and revenue. Additional experience includes participation in the LEADelaware Class VI Fellow program, serving as a Grosvenor Teacher Fellow at National Geographic, coaching soccer, and teaching third grade with a focus on environmental education. Lindsay holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Delaware, an M.S. Ed. in Elementary Education from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in Psychology from Haverford College.
