Amie Edwards-McLean has a diverse work experience in marketing and business roles. Amie currently serves as the Head of B2B Marketing at Student Beans, where they lead the B2B Marketing function across all business units. Prior to this, they worked as the B2B Marketing Manager at Pearson, focusing on online learning programs for employers. Amie also has experience in central B2B marketing at QS Quacquarelli Symonds, where they managed stakeholder relationships and adapted to the changing needs during the pandemic. Earlier in their career, they worked in marketing roles at WPL Limited and Freya Rose, gaining valuable skills in digital marketing and wholesale.
Amie Edwards-McLean completed their Global MBA at Alliance Manchester Business School from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Media Studies from the University of Portsmouth, which they attended from 2010 to 2013. Before their undergraduate studies, they completed their A Levels in Media Studies, History, and English Language at Portsmouth College from 2008 to 2010. Amie'ssecondary education was obtained at Admiral Lord Nelson School, where they completed their schooling from 2003 to 2008.
In addition to their formal education, Amie has obtained several certifications. In February 2021, they completed "The Science of Well-Being" course from Yale University. Amie also obtained the certification of "Mental Health First Aider" from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in January 2021. In September 2017, they completed the "Fundamentals of Marketing" course from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. Lastly, in January 2016, they obtained "The Digital Garage" certification from Google.
