Marina Bothe has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Marina worked at STS Medical Group as the Corporate Director Portfolio & Procurement, Corporate Director Customer Service and Strategic Portfolio, and Senior Sourcing Manager from August 2018 to present. Prior to that, they were the Einkaufsleiterin (Site Sourcing Manager) at Völker GmbH from August 2017 to July 2018. Marina also served as the Site Sourcing Manager at Hill-Rom, Völker GmbH from April 2015 to July 2017. From November 2012 to March 2015, they were the Senior Regional Sourcing Manager - Europe at Terex. Marina was also the NPD Procurement Manager at Ingersoll Rand from June 2012 to October 2012. Marina held various roles at Terex from May 2011 to May 2012, including Regional Sourcing Manager, Europe, Supply Management Analyst, Europe, and International Graduate Development Program Associate. Marina started their career with an internship in Logistics at Robert Bosch España Gasoline Systems, S.A. from February 2007 to August 2007 and an internship in Controlling at Daimler from March 2005 to July 2005.

Marina Bothe pursued their education in a disciplined manner, starting in 2003 and concluding in 2008. Marina enrolled at the University of Applied Sciences Bremen in Germany, where they attained a degree in Business Administration/International Management. Marina's perseverance led their to the completion of the program, earning their the title of Diplom-Kauffrau (FH). In 2005, they further expanded their knowledge and experience by enrolling at the Universidad de Valencia in Spain. Here, Marina obtained their degree as Graduada Europea en Dirección de Empresas, specializing in Business Administration/International Management. Through these educational endeavors, Marina Bothe demonstrated a strong commitment to acquiring a well-rounded understanding of the field.
