Sowmyasree Muppichetty is a Technical Program Manager at Stryker since July 2020, with prior experience as a Senior Project Manager at Zimmer Biomet from June 2018 to May 2020. At The University of Texas at Dallas, Sowmyasree engaged in projects under Dr. Diana Easton focused on quality system regulation and medical device regulatory strategies. This work involved compliance with 21CFR820 and understanding regulatory requirements in biomedical engineering. Previous roles include Quality Control Lead at Aurohealth, where responsibilities included maintaining acceptance procedures and conducting inspections compliant with cGMP, and a Research Intern position at the Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad, which involved research on Optical Coherence Tomography for non-invasive imaging applications.
