Sam Thomasson is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the electronics and telecommunications industries. Currently serving as Principal Electronics Process Engineer at Stryker since September 2024, Sam previously founded and led Zounds Hearing Inc as CEO from August 2005 to February 2024, inspired by a personal connection to hearing impairment. Prior to this, Sam held various leadership roles, including Founder, President, and CEO at Acoustic Technologies, and Engineering Manager at Medtronic, with a strong focus on signal processing, quality management, and product development. Sam's educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Arizona State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, complemented by executive training at Stanford University.
