Rick Zalewski is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in executive recruitment within various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Executive Talent Acquisition and Talent Intelligence at Stryker since August 2015, Rick has also held roles such as Director and Senior Manager in the same department. Previous experience includes Talent Acquisition & Planning Leader at UnitedHealth Group, Director of US Talent Acquisition at Cushman & Wakefield, and Director of Talent Acquisition at CNO Financial Group. Early in the career, Rick gained foundational experience as a Senior Corporate Recruiter and Senior Recruiter at TEKsystems. Rick Zalewski holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University, obtained in 1999.
