Melissa McLean is a Continuous Improvement Lead at Stryker since April 2016, responsible for evaluating and integrating new processes for the Asset Management team. In September 2023, Melissa launched a freeze-drying business during maternity leave, expanding services from breast milk to freeze-dried fruits and candy, which gained popularity through word of mouth. Previous roles include Marketing and Sales Coordinator at Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours and Lifeguard positions at Great Wolf Lodge and YMCA of Niagara. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) (Honours) from Brock University, completed in 2016.
