Christiana Michael has over 28 years of work experience, starting in 1993. Christiana worked as a Receptionist Trainee, Receptionist A, and Receptionist B at Four Seasons Hotel, Cyprus, where they were responsible for check-ins, check-outs, processing invoices, handling payments, and training and coaching team members. Christiana then served as the Head Receptionist, leading the reception team, attending management meetings, and preparing necessary reports. Christiana worked at Four Seasons Hotel until 2005.

From 2007 to 2011, Christiana worked as an Executive Secretary at Ajax Hotel. At Ajax Hotel, they provided administrative support and managed daily tasks for the company.

Starting in 2010, they worked at Amathus Limassol as a Food & Beverage Administrator, responsible for administrative tasks related to food and beverage operations until 2013.
