Natalie Simcik has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Natalie is currently employed at STRV, where they started as a QA Engineer in January 2021 and later advanced to the position of Senior QA Engineer in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a QA Engineer at Etnetera from September 2019 to December 2020. Natalie also has experience as a Freelance MS Office Lecturer from October 2018 to December 2019. Natalie has a background in executive search and recruitment as a Wolf/Consultant at Wolf Hunt from December 2018 to September 2019, where they performed various tasks such as sourcing, interviewing, and reporting to clients. Before that, Natalie worked as a Tracer/Sourcer at Wolf Hunt from August 2017 to November 2018, where they focused on talent sourcing and best practices. In addition, they have held positions at ZOOT a.s. as a Shift Manager from October 2016 to July 2017 and as a Sales Assistant from July 2015 to October 2016. Natalie's earliest work experience was as a Marketing Specialist Trainee at ifTech.cz from June 2014 to October 2014.

Natalie Simcik pursued their education in psychology, starting with a Bachelor's degree at Masaryk University Brno from 2015 to 2019. Natalie then continued their studies at Charles University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Psychology from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are enrolled at Charles University for a Doctor's degree in Psychology, which they expect to complete by 2026.
