Barbora Dostálová has extensive work experience as a product designer and creative director. Barbora is currently working as a Product Designer at STRV, where they lead the design phase of projects and ensures client satisfaction. Previously, they worked at re:create as an Art & Brand Direction Mentor, guiding and mentoring young creatives. Prior to that, Barbora worked as a Brand & Interface Designer at bydostalova. Barbora also held roles as a Product Designer at OAK'S LAB, Senior Interface Designer at Siegel+Gale, and UX/UI Designer at Wunderman Thompson and Irelette. Additionally, they served as a Product Designer and Consultant at Humain Cryptocurrency and as a Lead Visual Designer at SnoopyGame eSport team. Throughout their career, Barbora has demonstrated expertise in concept development, design perfection, mentoring, brainstorming, idea execution, and teamwork.

Barbora Dostálová completed their Bachelor's degree in Grafický design a vizuální komunikace (Graphic Design and Visual Communication) from Vysoká škola kreativní komunikace - VŠKK, from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Uměnověda (Art History) from Palacký University in Olomouc, from 2015 to 2016. In their earlier years, they attended Střední škola designu a módy, Prostějov, between 2011 and 2015, where they studied Multimedia Creation.
