Rob McKinnon is a Civil Engineer with extensive experience in the field, currently employed at Strum Consulting since April 2012. Prior to this role, Rob served as a Municipal Engineer in Training at Opus International Consultants Limited from December 2009 to April 2012. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Engineering specializing in Civil Engineering from the University of New Brunswick, obtained from 2005 to 2009, as well as a high school diploma from Halifax West High School, completed from 2003 to 2005.
