Courtney Houston-Carter is currently a Board Member at the Structured Finance Association. Prior to that, they worked as a Legislative Assistant for U.S. Senator Roy Blunt and as a Legal Clerk for U.S. Senator Marco Rubio. Courtney began their career as a Law Clerk for the Massachusetts Trial Court.

Courtney Houston-Carter has a B.A. in Political Science from Tufts University and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. Courtney also has a bachelor's degree from Cushing Academy and is certified by McKinsey & Company in their Management Accelerator Program.
