Melissa Franklin holds an MBA in Operations, Strategy, and Human and Organizational Performance from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management, a Master of Arts in Economics from UC Santa Barbara, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics and Political Science from UC Santa Barbara.
