Silvestre Borja graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2007 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Silvestre has been working at STRUCTURAL since July 2007, starting as a Project Engineer and currently serves as Lead Forensic Investigator and Project Estimator since June 2018.
