R. Scott Haislip is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of technical and engineering experience in concrete design, construction, and sales. Currently serving as a Concrete Design Consultant at Structural Services, Inc. since February 2018, Haislip focuses on concrete mix design evaluations and pavement design. As Vice President of Engineering at Ductilcrete Technologies LLC since May 2014, responsibilities include designing and overseeing QA/QC program implementation. Past roles include VP of Operations and Engineering at Rabine Group, Director of Streets & Roads at the American Concrete Pavement Association, and Senior Director of National Promotion at the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association. Haislip began a career in engineering with experience across various companies, including the Federal Highway Administration and Lafarge Corporation. Haislip holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, specializing in Materials and Structural Engineering from The Ohio State University.
