Sean Dwyer is an experienced human resources leader with a strong background in organizational development and talent management across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Structural Concepts Corporation, a private equity-backed food service equipment manufacturer, Sean oversees areas such as talent acquisition, benefits, and performance management. Previously, as Chief People Officer at Coastal Group, Sean implemented HR strategies for a Tier 1 automotive supplier and a packaging converter. Sean also held senior roles at Oliver Healthcare Packaging, The Armada Group, ODL, and Magna International, where achievements included significant improvements in organizational performance and a notable return on equity. Sean holds an MBA in Integrative Management from Michigan State University and a BS in Marketing from Arizona State University.
