Lawrence De Leon

Project Manager at Structo

Lawrence De Leon has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Lawrence is currently working as a Project Manager at Structo, starting in February 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Regional Head of Operations at Sustenir Group from June 2020 to February 2022.

In 2019, Lawrence worked as a Project Manager at BionicXP before joining PBA Systems Singapore as an NPI Manager (Project Management) in 2015. At PBA Systems Singapore, they were responsible for managing and leading new project development, creating work plans, generating project schedules, and conducting project reviews. Their tenure at PBA Systems Singapore lasted from July 2015 to November 2018.

From 2011 to 2015, Lawrence worked as an NPI Engineering Assistant Manager at Kinergy Corporation Limited. Lawrence then joined UTAC as a Process Engineer from October 2010 to April 2011. Prior to that, they worked at Kinergy Corporation Limited as a Manufacturing Engineer from June 2008 to October 2010. In this role, they were responsible for manufacturing line setup, technical support, failure analysis, and implementing corrective action.

Lawrence started their career as a Process Engineer at Amkor Technology in March 2005 and remained there until May 2008. In this role, they provided technical support and guidance on process implementation and analysis, ensured manufacturing process conformance to specifications, and optimized station yield capacity and product quality. Before working at Amkor Technology, they worked as a Process Engineer at Fujitsu Computer Products of the Philippines from May 2004 to March 2005. Their responsibilities included analyzing and improving manufacturing processes, investigating and solving manufacturing-related problems, and conducting experiments to evaluate feasibility and reliability.

Lawrence De Leon obtained their Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering (BSECE) from Saint Louis University in the Philippines. Lawrence attended the university from 1998 to 2003, focusing on Electronics and Communications Engineering during their studies.
