Javier Santín has held a variety of roles in the fitness industry since 2001. Javier began their career as a Fitness Manager and Master Trainer for Holmes Place. In 2005, they became the Director of Fitness for Caroli Health Club in Spain, where they designed the Fitness Department and managed a staff of over 50 Fitness Professionals. From 2006-2008, they were the Fitness and Personal Training Coordinator for the Madrid Gymnastics Federation, as well as a Key Account Manager and Director of Education for Star Trac in Central Spain. In 2010, they became a SPINNING Master Instructor for Mad Dogg Athletics and in 2011, they co-created and lead coached a seminar for Personal Training Entrepreneurs. From 2016-2021, they were the Education Manager, International Lead Master Educator, and Brand Manager for Stages Indoor Cycling. Currently, they are the President and Co-owner of Santin Wellness Consulting Incorporated, a business consulting firm specializing in premium boutique fitness locations. Since 2021, they have also been the Director of Operations for Struct Club, a fast-growing fitness tech SaaS startup.

Javier Santín is currently enrolled in ThePower Business School, where they are pursuing an MBA in Business Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Innovation & Digital Transformation. Javier previously attended I.E.S. Avenida de los Toreros, graduating in 1994. In addition, they have obtained an Ambassador Certificate from ThePower Business School in June 2022, and a BigID BizUser Essentials Course from BigID in March 2022.
