Eizabeth B. Day Ph.D. is a faculty member at Santa Clara University in the Department of Child Studies since 2002, specializing in diverse themes such as identity, cultural competence, social justice, and ethics. In addition to their academic role, Eizabeth serves as a leadership coach and consultant at Hoofbeats Stables, employing nature-based and equine-assisted coaching methods to foster transformation. Eizabeth's extensive experience includes positions such as Vice-Principal at Stanford New Schools, a leadership consultant for Luther Burbank School District, and various consulting roles at the Markkula Center for Applied Ethics and the Storyteller Project. Eizabeth obtained a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has further academic credentials from Harvard Kennedy School and Stanford University, among others.
