Executive Assistant – Stronghold Investment Management

What You’ll Do:

✔ Manage complex schedules and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
✔ Coordinate high-level internal and external meetings, ensuring flawless execution
✔ Anticipate the needs of the C-level executive
✔ Handle executive correspondence, calendar management, and strategic scheduling
✔ Arrange domestic and international travel, creating detailed itineraries
✔ Oversee expense reports, personal accounts, and financial organization
✔ Assist with event planning for corporate and personal engagements
✔ Work closely with accountants, and other key personnel
✔ Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while managing sensitive information

Who You Are:

✅ Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
✅ A strong communicator (both written and verbal)
✅ Quick-thinking and able to make decisions under pressure
✅ Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs/Sheets, Zoom, and Teams
✅ Able to adapt to last-minute changes and competing priorities
✅ Professional, discreet, and proactive in problem-solving

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-7 years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior investment professionals
  • Experience in high-profile, fast-moving environments
  • Strong ability to anticipate needs and execute with precision
