Andrew C. Schmidt is an experienced professional in commercial real estate financing and mortgage lending, currently serving as the Managing Director at Stronghill Capital since September 2022. Previously, Andrew held the position of Vice President- Head of Originations & Business Development at Commonwealth Capital, where the focus was on establishing relationships for funding commercial real estate bridge loans. Andrew's background includes roles as Director of Business Development and Underwriter at Apex Mortgage Corp., Asset Manager at Bayview Loan Servicing, and various positions in mortgage brokerage and loan origination. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Marist College, obtained in 2007.
