Pooja Shah is a seasoned professional in the pharmacy and patient care operations sector, currently serving as Call Center Manager at Strive Compounding Pharmacy since September 2024. Previously, Pooja held leadership roles at Birdi as Director of Patient Care Operations and Manager of Pharmacy Operations, and at SpotRx Pharmacy as Sr. Manager of Patient Care Operations, among other positions. Pooja has extensive experience in managing operations, team performance, and patient engagement, particularly in driving the adoption of innovative pharmacy solutions.
