Sarah Colon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Sarah started their career at Oxeon Partners as an Associate from September 2017 to August 2019. Sarah then joined Strive Health, where they held the positions of Strategy & Development Associate from September 2019 to February 2021, Strategy & Development Manager from March 2021 to August 2022, and Senior Manager of Operations from August 2022 to November 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Market Operations at Strive Health since November 2022.

Sarah Colon has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biological Sciences from Dartmouth College. Sarah also attended Darien High School. In 2016, they obtained a Certificate of Completion from the Tuck Business Bridge Program.
