Rachel Paulose

Rachel Paulose has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Rachel is currently the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Strive Asset Management since August 2022. Prior to that, they were a Partner at DLA Piper from May 2015 to April 2019.

Rachel also served in the U.S. Department of Justice as a United States Attorney from 2006 to 2008. Rachel was nominated by the President and confirmed by the United States Senate, making their the first Indian American woman to hold a federal appointment. In this role, they were the district chief federal law enforcement officer.

Before their role at the Department of Justice, Rachel worked as an Associate at Williams & Connolly LLP from 2002 to 2003. Rachel also served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the District of Minnesota from 1998 to 2002, where they first chaired federal jury and bench trials, litigated daily in federal court, and presented investigations to grand juries. During the same period, they were also an Attorney General's Honors Program Trial Attorney.

Rachel started their legal career as a Law Clerk to Judge James B. Loken at the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit from 1997 to 1998.

Rachel Paulose attended Yale Law School from 1994 to 1997, where they earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree. Unfortunately, there is no information available about their specific field of study during this time.
