Katarzyna Bloch has extensive experience in HR, culture management, and education, currently serving as HR & Culture & People Manager, Office Manager, and Assistant to the Managing Director at Striped Giraffe Innovation & Strategy since December 2014. Prior to this, Katarzyna co-founded Elefan, which focused on organizing activities for children in cooperation with educational institutions and sports clubs from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, Katarzyna taught English to children at Helen Doron Early English and owned Kate Consulting, a recruitment agency specializing in childcare and senior care. Katarzyna's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services, along with several certificates in coaching and training.
