Sushma Gundra is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Stripe since January 2022. Prior to this role, Sushma held various managerial and development positions at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from April 2019 to January 2022, including Software Development Manager and Software Engineering Manager, focusing on AWS Fraud Management. Sushma's career also includes a tenure as a Senior Software Development Engineer at Amazon and software development roles at Oracle, where responsibilities included designing REST APIs for Exadata Cloud Services and enhancing communication for Oracle RAC using Infiniband. Sushma's experience is further complemented by a role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Cornell University and foundational development work at SAP. Sushma holds a Master of Engineering in Computer Science from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s degree from Ramaiah Institute of Technology.
