Sivakumar Sethuraman serves as the Global Head of Stripe Delivery Centers, leading operations in the APAC region and India. With a focus on enhancing payments operations, that role encompasses various business functions including merchant experience, risk operations, and financial compliance. Prior to joining Stripe in July 2022, Sivakumar held senior leadership positions at companies such as Google, where responsibilities included managing programs for APAC Cloud Operations, and Facebook, where leadership spanned community trust and safety operations. Experience also includes significant tenure at Amazon, Yahoo, and The World Bank, with a strong background in product management and operations across multiple industries. Sivakumar is an accomplished author, having published "Masala History By Siva, Volume-1." Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Indian School of Business and advanced degrees in history and public policy.
